Onboard Diesel Filtration Systems

Small DAT 1 Filter

Designed for small diesel engines such as forklifts, cranes, and light-duty vehicles (LDVs), the DAT 1 filter provides robust protection. These filters are extremely strong and durable and are constructed from GRP (glass-reinforced plastic). Available with different fittings like banjo bolts, and plunger heads with hand primers, they can also be customised for refrigeration units. The clear plastic spin-on bowl allows for easy visual inspection, enabling users to detect issues such as paraffin or water contamination.

Larger DAT 2 Filter

The DAT 2 filter is designed for larger engines, such as those found in trucks, cranes, and generators. Like the DAT 1, it features a GRP construction and various fitting options. The clear plastic bowl and high-quality resin-coated stainless steel mesh provide effective water and dirt particle filtration, supported by a 10-micron pleated paper cartridge. A durable drain tap and clear bowl enhances water detection and functionality and ease of maintenance.

Bulk Tank Filtration Systems

We offer various filtration vessels for bulk tank applications tailored to different sizes and requirements. Ranging from bulk tank system flow rates of 40 lpm to 600 lpm. We offer a bag filter, water removal vessel as well as a fine particulate vessel in order to ensure your diesel meets ISO Standards offering ultimate protection against premature injector and pump failure.

MINI Vessel Range

Ideal for small diesel tanks, gensets, boilers, and trailers, our MINI vessels are compact yet powerful. Made from high-quality steel, they are pressure-tested and powder-coated for durability. Each vessel includes gauges and a mini mess bleed system, simplifying installation and operation.

Standard Vessel Range

Our standard vessels are perfect for larger bulk tank filtration. Available as loose vessels or combo units mounted on skids with interconnecting hoses, these are also made from robust steel and equipped with all necessary gauges and bleed systems. They support bag filters, water removal cartridges, and particle filtration cartridges.

Bag Filter Vessels

These vessels, available in MINI and standard sizes, use a stainless steel mesh cage to support tight-fitting guff bags, preventing surges and bypassing. Guff bags are available in single, double, and triple layers and filter down to 1 micron. Optional ISO spec filter cartridges and pre-strainers are also available.

iAqua Water Vessels

Our iAqua water removal vessels are highly effective, removing 99.9% of water. They are supplied in MINI and standard sizes and feature visible water traps, stands, drip trays, and optional lockable cages. Cartridges combine resin-coated stainless steel mesh with pleated paper, efficiently removing free and suspended water.

Particle Filtration Vessels

Designed to remove dirt particles, our particle filtration vessels come in various sizes with multiple cartridge configurations. These vessels achieve low ISO cleanliness levels using advanced synthetic filter media and pleated paper and ensure no bypass occurs, maintaining consistent diesel quality.
